I then called to ask them when they closed other days and they were rude about that too and kept saying they were closed and obviously too stupid to understand my question. If u ever want to go make sure you for 2 hours before it says they close since they are in just such a rush to get home.

My husband and I had already been tripping over stuff in the store and stepping over things to get by. My husband suggested "Maybe you should have it blocked off so this doesn't happen again." The man behind the counter said "Sir why would I have customers stepping over things to get by?". My husband said "Well we are having to step over a lot of things in here." The man behind the counter raised his voice: "Are you serious?? You know what, why don't you just leave!". Me and my husband will not be going back. The store is horrendously disorganized and the man with the long white beard and glasses is a jerk. Go to literally any other store on the alley and avoid this one.

IDK what is going on with this Sams but they need help. There is always a million carts in the…read moreparking lot and not even in the cart holder I mean in parking spots (ok LA quit being lazy). Picked up at pizza at 3 got it home and it was hard as a rock. The sticker said cooked at 11am...so it sat in the warmer for 4hrs and for a pizza thats insane. Their soda machines were broken again (like always). They were out of hot dogs and were telling people 30 min wait. There was a line and no pizzas in the oven. I called and they said I had to bring it in or pictures for a credit- which blows when that was dinner. My son in law applied for a cartjob (hes fresh out of a two tour stint in the military) but got a rejection letter - he would of at least hustled to get carts. We did an order for pick uo two days ago and it was an hour wait past our slotted time. Hello communication if you cant get the order out on time so we dont sit in the hot car. We go here often because its close and there is not a Costco but come on sams get it together and actually hire some employees who want to work and hustle at their job.
