They get the prescription but don't work on it for several days and when you call to see if it's ready they get rude and tell you we're working on it. What they did for those three days that the prescription was there... not even God could get an answer. If you complain, they never take responsibility for anything. Several times I've gone through the drive through to pick up medicine and came home and my husband says did you get so and so prescriptions, I got a text saying it was ready. I had asked them if he had anything and they gave me one prescription out of the three that was ready. So I had to make another 25 mile round trip, when I told them they didn't give all the medicine they just shrugged. The medicine they kept was vital to a diabetic. Again, they took no responsibility, just smarted off and walked away. Changed to another Walgreens that has fantastic employees and a very caring pharmacist. This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul.
