For the size of the building, it packs a huge punch of inventory. There is so much going on it is hard to not grab from every shelf. The store is not at all dirty, very well kept up on maintenance. Parking lot is plenty big for the area, should be no troubles there. The staff here (only a few Ive met on my many visits) are great people and always seems to be smiling. That definitely counts for something. Anytime Ive gone here, shelves have been pretty full or packed full. Im sure some days wont have nearly the inventory but it seems to be filled more often than other places Ive been. If you need any last minute dinner items, dessert, light bulbs or medical supplies, they will have them here.

The workers here are running a scam to steal from customers. They took my bag upon entry and gave a…read moresmall wooden circle to hold in order to get my bag back. I held onto it religiously until the male employee walked by me....my wooden circle was suddenly missing and I STRONGLY believe he took it from me as he brushed by. The female employee who took my bag refused to return my bag to me even though I was able to describe it, give her the number associated with the tag and there was video footage. She then sent me on a wild goose chase throughout the store which was not successful and induced a panic attack due to the close quarters and overall negative demeanor of the "store". Eventually I was given my bag back moments before I was going to contact the police. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. This is all in addition to the sketchy vibes the whole store gives off. The woman employee is extremely rude (...in addition to some other choice adjectives) and should not be trusted. Would give negative stars if possible. They should be shut down. Would recommend this place ONLY if you want to feel like you're going to be shot in broad daylight. If they are going to have a bag policy.... Which they only apply to certain customers NOT all customers....they should do it correctly and require legal photo ID write that name down to put with your bag and then only relinquish the bag to the person who can once again provide that ID. Their current system is completely arbitrary and allows them easy access to steal from customers.... Which many times would have receipts in the bags that would allow them to return the items and steal money easily. I hope they get shut down soon due to these scamming practices and discriminatory practices that have been reported online by MANY MANY other customers.

The store is extra long. One suggestion I have to the owner: play music. It was dead quiet, especially toward the back, and the silence was deafening. They have tons of products from China/India. You can find all sorts of fun items here that include school supplies, household items and houseware, vases, religious art, pants, underwear, pajamas, containers, makeup, silk flowers (definitely lower quality ones than the kind you'd see at Michaels), foldable chairs, kids toys, statues, uncommon goods and much more. The space is huge and smells of plastic. They currently have some Halloween decorative items for sale as well. Not every item is 99 cents here. In fact, I'd say most aren't. There were pants that were $10 and foldable chairs that ranged in price and style. The space is definitely fun to browse. I'd come here if I needed to buy school supplies or metal spatulas and colanders. They had a ton of these items. They also had a lot of cool Chinese lanterns. I've been to the mall so many times and had never been curious to check out this store until today.

I especially like the food section with so many items from brands I never see in the regular grocery stores. I was concentrating today on their super large section of Bob's Red Mill grains, flours and mixes. This store must carry over 100 of their items while most places have barely a handful. I picked up Chia seeds, several different kinds of flour( all gluten free) almond and chickpea flour, flaxseed and pancake and waffle mix. It is hard sometimes to actually find things because the shelves are just loaded, but the employees are pretty nice about helping. There is a consistency to some brands and items but they don't always get in the same items.

The worst part is the check out registers. Now, there is usually only one register open (instead of two or three), and a line of 6 or more customers waiting in line to pay for their merchandise. Most of the employees have been there for a long time, and all but one exibit the "I hate my job" vibe. The one that doesn't (yet) is the one that is the newest member of their staff. I used to shop there at least once a week, or at least every other week. Now I go a month or two between visits, and absolutely dread it when I have to check out.

The wings are made fresh, the tenders are hand battered and made to order. This is takeout only, and parking is very limited because it is on a residential block. The shop itself has a surprising variety of products available for being so small. It's like stepping into an inner city bodega, but in Westvale. The other menu items I've had are low mid, but the chicken is 5 star, so I give them the average of that with bonus for being so friendly and accommodating when they get super busy. (I called in an order right before they got slammed and because it wasn't ready when they quoted, they added extra.)
