They never bothered to pick up the actual alcohol so it's a strong smell other than that they have some cool little knit snacks, and gas. But if I was the owner, I would sit down with my employees and work on customer service greeting customers learning how to say excuse me, not interrupting customers when they're checking out this little things like that that I feel like adults should know, and the alcohol smell really needs to be fixed.

Do you have any idea how unsafe your customers feel having to go in the south doors only at night?? 2. Why are you stocking during business hours? You're no longer open 24 hours so why can't stocking happen overnight. It's beyond frustrating having to dodge crates and have pallets blocking products. 3. Garden center closing in the winter makes no sense. So does closing it early. It would be a much better experience if that entrance could be used during business hours. 4. Lastly, the registers and belts are often dirty and gross. Having your associates pay attention to that would be give a much better impression of the store.

I have a loyalty card, which helps me save 10-40 cents a gallon of gas when I tank up. Shop before 8am or after 8pm. Avoid the first Wednesday of the month as that is when retirees flood the store for their 10% discount. The deli isn't stocked until 10:30, and no baked chicken until later. I do like their deli offerings. Best deals for that is late afternoon. I find their meats and chicken cheaper here than Safeway. Always check the ads. They often have unannounced specials. The aisles are wide enough for two carts to move through. It can get crowded in the vegetable aisles, though. I wasn't crazy about the company switching to self-check lanes. I prefer a large load to be checked by an employee, rather than me being watched by a high schooler. There are usually two lanes with employees for that, but they can get long. Parking is plentiful.

I've shopped Kroger stores for 20+ years, this Kroger store is an insult to the brand. I have experienced the self check out areas to be quite dirty, especially the platform area. I've worked in the cashier realm for over 30 years, it is quite easy to keep up with cleaning those areas at least hourly during the peak hours.
