The manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life…read more I've been in twice, and each time, the blonde, leather-faced slag with the ultra-classy faded neck tattoos straight up insulted me for no reason. The first time, I asked where the men's shoe section was, and in the most condescending way ever, pointed to the shoe section and said "probably the place over there with the sign that says 'shoes.'" I ended up going back tonight to exchange something that was too large for me. She was sorting clothes on the racks nearby, and asked if she could help me. I explained that I was looking for a shirt to exchange and she told me, based on absolutely nothing as I hadn't shown it to her, that it was probably in the clearance section. I asked where that was and she said "probably all the racks that say clearance on them." Which is funny since I was already looking in one and thought she had to mean somewhere else. I waited til she left the area and then moved a bunch of clothes to different racks. Haha. I then left the store without telling the cashier I had decided not to exchange anything, hoping they'd check the cameras assuming I stole something and then see me move all the stuff around. I'll probably go in again at some point to mess with her.

I have shopped at Big Lots in many different locations in several states (including its alternate…read morename Odd Lots). It used to be amazing place to find eclectic one-off clearance items as well very cheap Chinese stuff. In recent decades they have become a more conventional discount store. I have been to the Plant City Big Lots half a dozen times, and the shopping experience was pleasant. I also bought furniture from them. Of the four large items I bought (two reclining sofas, two reclining love seats), one love seat arrived damaged. It took them a while to look up the order as the items had been ordered off their company website, not from the local store. Once they figured out the order, they efficiently proceeded to replace the damaged item. Sadly, the replacement at the time of delivery turned out to be even more damaged. But the delivery person for the replacement, who was also amazingly a repair person, proceeded to take apart the original damaged item and new damaged item (damaged at opposite ends), and re-assemble them before my eyes into a pristine undamaged reclining love seat. Quite an amazing solution to a vexing problem. Totally satisfied. Also I learned to my surprise that sofas and love seats can be taken apart into many individual pieces, something I did not know before. By the way, reclining love seats are not really love seats as they have three sections, the middle section used to mostly hold drinks, etc. In the final analysis, due to both my in-store experience and my sofa-buying experience, I rate this store five stars. Now that I think about it, I should shop there more often!

Even for toddlers, you can't find much. Decor? Not that either. Toys? Nah. I'm really hoping they can get more items in soon, but until then while the dressing rooms are still closed, I'll go buy my items from a different location and return them here if they don't fit! A bit disappointed on the pepper side but i understand why. Its very close to home made, the smaller cuts at the bottom has all the flavor. Got lucky and there was one random fatty one. It was the beat one lol Found something up my speed called; krack corn with cheese! Yo!! It was literally caramel pop corn caked in powdered cheese! If u are "one with the bowl"? This!! Get this!!
