You overhear them talking about quitting or someone getting on their nerves. The floors are concrete so this store has a warehouse feel. Just get in and get out. One night my husband went and they had JUST BEEN ROBBED! This was about a month ago. They do have great post seasonal sales but be careful some women come in and put the stuff on hold the day before the sale, making it hard for others.

Melissa (or maybe Marissa) helped me at the checkout counter and was very kind and courteous. That being said, one of her coworkers (didn't get a name, but red hair) was very rude to her and seemed to be bossing her around (not in a good management type of way either, just unprofessional). Anyways, if that girl was the manager, y'all should consider replacing her with Melissa. Melissa had far better customer service and because of her, I will be back to Dollar General in Lillington next time I need to pick up some essentials.

I'm a 30 yr retired DEPARTMENT PUBLIC SAFETY government official so when when I lefted the store and called the District manager by the name of Heather English she said she would handle it but sorry to say after several harassing encounters Mr. Linear is still employed there to harass customers I feel that the D.m there is not a good manager and also need to be replaced because she is not doing her job note: can somey please help me out here bcuz this is unexceptable..

Coming from CALI, we have the dollar store, 99¢ store and so on. So why not, right? Small shop nothing to big, small town vibe, sell anything from snacks,food,misc and even a couple of beers just in case if your in a pinch. I grabbed some Mr.Clean PET for my pups and a few scrubs. For a small store they had variety, name brands and the other names too!! Not a bad stop in case of an emergency. They have a self check out machine.
