worst staff ever !. especially the blonde older lady that's actually the pharmacist with blonde…read morehair !!for the last month and half we've been working with one of the techs in there to avoid having to pick up my daughters meds while that pharmacist is working. she's very very rude and has no clue how to do her damn job ! she tried to argue with my daughter whom is 27 years old and has worked in a pharmacy at Rite Aid for several years before she became growing into heart failure. I don't need to go into full on details because of my daughter's privacy. but we said we were done with this specific pharmacist when she tried telling us that her inhaler wasn't getting filled because her insurance was denying it ! come to find out after 2 days of not only my daughter and i arguing with her but my daughters dr arguing with her about an inhaler! was all because she was putting it in the damn computer wrong !! It was then that we decided ok, we're NO longer going to deal with this pharmacist, we will ask for the more friendly ones. which is why we now refuse to pick anything up if she's there ! we deal with one of the techs as far as when that certain pharmacist will be there and if we know she will be there the day one of our meds are to be filled then we will try to get them a few days earlier, seeing as though none of them are narcotics or controlled . which yesterday when my dr called to see if she could pick them up she's now being told it's too early 2-3 days early! which they let her do it last month however the dose was just upped . I had pretty much told my dsighted how this was going to turn out as soon as I heard that pharmacists voice, my daughter had her on speaker phone and my daughter had asked to talk to someone else and she got mad because we didn't wanna speak to her‍ it beats having to argue . anyway this damn pharmacist got mad and actualy emailed my daughters dr saying she was trying to get her meds early ! all because she was mad because we refuse to speak to her ! I mean seriously?! WTH were you trying to succeed ?! ignorant and very immature! this lady has to be in her 60s and acting like a damn teenager!! she needs to be fired !! we will be moving our proscribtoons elsewhere! no one should ever be treated this way !!! I will be contacting corporate! seems as though we're not the only ones she's rude to and it needs to come to an end !!

As someone who wants to shop healthily, I appreciate their prices and the smart ways they save money to make it cheaper. Also, some may be turned off of how small it is compared to other stores, I am the opposite. I am happy to have to not walk through as many isles and find everything I need quicker. It makes the shopping trip so much more enjoyable to me. Every once in awhile I do have to pick up items from a second store, but again that doesn't bother me. Also, as someone who is a transitioning vegan the fact that they are so many options there and they are CONSTANTLY bringing in more. Every time I go to Aldi I find a new vegan option. Plus going back to the price, all their vegan options are cheaper than the ones you'll find elsewhere! Also it goes to mention the fact that they are more environmentally friendly especially when it comes to not having single use plastic bags. The staff at this Aldi always is friendly to me and I have never had a complaint about them. Also, this Aldi remodeled a few months back and it is the cherry on top for me! It's a lot more sleek and sophisticated and I think the space is used in a smarter way now. I saw an employee leave the lobby empty of carts and the manager didn't react or seem to care at all, but then another employee came and did the same thing later (which literally isn't a big deal at all??) and the manager went OFF on them about company image/what customers think/whatever. I'm talking actual yelling, not just talking sternly, raising their voice LOUD, loud for everybody around to notice and be visibly uncomfortable, which is a lot worse for their image than whatever they were accusing the employee of. We stopped at Aldi today for a few grocery's. This is a grocery store operating on the cheaper…read moreside of things. The first thing you run into is that you have to put down a 25 cent deposit to get a grocery cart. The selection is limited but the prices are very good. Today we came in for frozen seafood but also bought bread, chicken sausages, cheese slices, avocados, milk and a package of tortellini. They don't have grocery bags but some boxes are available. Better yet, bring your own bags. Then if you return your cart to where you got it you get your quarter back.
