I am a clinical nurse specialist with specialization in ADHD. Following a few years of insufficient…read moreaccess to medical treatment for ADHD, I was pleased to be able to offer the medical component of care at my office through a physician who sees patients in need of medication management one day each month. After review of history, PDMP verification, vital signs, and collaboration involving a review of the patient record, Dr. Smith spends 30 minutes with each patient. As this affiliation was developing, I sought consultation from Brent Robertson, lead pharmacist at Oil City, PA CVS. He agreed to accept paper rx's and advised me about requirements such as format and tamper-proof paper. Dr. Smith saw patients in my office on 5/9/25 and 6/23/25. No questions were asked in regard to filling rx's provided in May, but, in June, a new pharmacist (Jen Nick) who demonstrated inadequate understanding of ADHD (belief that Adderall is a narcotic and that persons taking this shouldn't be driving) refused to fill Adderall prescriptions for my patients. I was sure that Brent would resolve this problem when he returned on 6/30. To my astonishment, he informed me that CVS would no longer fill any prescriptions from my office! Among the reasons given to my patients were fraud, insufficient physician time with patient, suspicions about rx legitimacy, etc. When I tried to explain the situation, he became angry and flatly refused to continue discussing. When I tried to talk to store manager Mike Walentoski He was downright rude. Oil City is an economically depressed community which is underserved in mental health. With recent closing of Rite Aide. Pharmacy, choices are even more limited. Research confirms a high incidence of motor vehicle accidents as well as other unfortunate outcomes in untreated individuals with ADHD. This suddenly imposed and unwarranted obstacle to treatment of ADHD creates unnecessary risks for individuals and the community and impugns the reputation of a dedicated mental health agency. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this significant problem. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I bought my wedding dress at this shop a year and a half prior to…read morethe wedding date. The shop owner assured me she could do all the necessary alterations. ONE WEEK prior to my wedding, she gave me my dress - completely screwed up and wrong. The sleeves on the dress were misshapen and sewn HORRIBLY. The hem on the dress was crooked! Some of the most basic alterations clearly could not be handled. I ended up having to take my wedding dress to another seamstress just 4 days before the wedding in order to have it fixed. The second seamstress told me that the work on the dress was laughably bad - that not even an apprentice would have done work that terrible. Do not have alterations done at this shop. You may find a nice dress from this butcher, but DO NOT LET HER ALTER IT.

It all began 2 or 3 months ahead of my wedding date and I needed a tuxedo. From the very first…read moretime we walked in the owner was unfriendly to say the least. As I look back I suspect that we interrupted her in the middle of torturing a small, cuddly, woodland creature. We had chosen the tux out of town but needed to get it from Oil City so family could return it for us and Tomorrows had it. My fiancé called twice as the date approached to see if we could get the tux in early so we had enough time if something didn't fit. The owner cut her off mid-sentence and told her this was absolutely not possible and it would be in the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding and only then. It assured my fiancé that all would be taken care of if there was a problem. Not a good sign. When finally I went in to try on the tux things really went bad. Only the pants fit, the vest was almost big enough to fit two of me in it (no exaggeration). I began to tell it that I did not like the vest fit and wanted a smaller one but it cut me off mid-sentence... she... it, is very good at that. She told me NO! You don't need a smaller one! This is how you fix it she said as she proceeded to yank the elastic adjustment strap in the back of the vest until there were 19 feet of mangled disaster in the back of the vest like an evil princess' ball gown. See, it's fine she exclaimed! I only planned on wearing the jacket until after the ceremony so there was no way I was keeping this vest. You would have thought I had threatened to burn down her house when I told her I wanted a smaller one. The jacket was also too big as well. I have a fairly athletic build, shoulders are significantly wider than my waist. The jacket fit at the shoulders but hung off me like a trench coat. Clearly this was designed for somebody with a much larger mid-section. I attempted to ask if it was possible to have the jacket fitted a bit but I was interrupted again. In no uncertain terms did she state that is absolutely not possible and that they will not do such a thing. Not even a little bit I asked? Very forcefully she assured me that this was unthinkable and idiotic to even inquire. Odd I thought but it's a rental so what do I know. At this point I'm not happy but have little choice so I take the thing and go home. The next day I placed a call to "Mr. Tux" in State college (they get their tuxes from the same distributor). A very friendly employee assured me that "yes they will do that for a $10.00 fee but it's not a problem at all." At this point I'm absolutely enraged and there's no way I can be nice to this creature so I had my mother call her about the jacket. The thing now told her in no uncertain terms, that they DO NOT alter the jackets further. At this point my mom informed the thing about my call to Mr. Tux and what they had told me. The Tomorrow's beast again made a grunt and snort of disgust and said "well yes, they do that but they'll charge you" in a manner that implied it would cost several thousand dollars and we couldn't afford it. My mother told her I wanted the jacket fixed which caused the creature to once again grunt and say she would call and see what she could do. I suspect she went instead to take a nap in a coffin in the back room and made no call. When my mom called back later the thing said that the only solution was for me take a 2 hour drive to the actual distributor the following day, wait for them to alter the jacket, then drive 2 hours back. She never offered to do anything she originally promised that she would "if necessary" when my fiancé first called about getting it early in so we might avoid just this. At this point we're just about out of time. My mother called another tuxedo rental place and asked them if there might be any solution (this place shall remain unnamed) and they told she could alter it, how to do it, and how to return it to normal after we're finished with it. 10 minutes and jacket looked and fit perfectly. We stopped in at Tomorrows Bridal Mistreatment Center the next day to pick up the new vest and evil incarnate came out of the back room, saw me, acquired a nasty facial expression, then turned and went into the back again. She returned with the new vest, grumpily asked if I wanted to try it on before I left... No, you've been so good so far I fully trust you I thought. The new vest fit perfectly. I said "thank you" (no idea why) and she said nothing and simply turned around and returned to the back room. I'm sure she only told my fiancé she couldn't get the tux in until she did to ensure we would have too little time to go elsewhere when she treated us like garbage. I would take a rickety canoe around the Strait of Magellan in the storm of the century to arrive in Afghanistan wearing a "Christian American" t-shirt and ride in a cart with a broken wheel pulled by a 3 legged dog to a cave in Kandahar to barter a tuxedo from the Taliban before I would ever return to this shop.
