I have been dealing with Flicks since 1990, 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH!!!! These people are AMAZING!!!!!…read moreYou know the old adage EMPLOYEES ARE A REFLECTION OF OWNERSHIP?? Every employee embodies the belief system that Alan has inspired and instilled since the doors were open!!! They stand behind every product they display and offer for purchase!!! They have probably one of the best repair technicians on the East Coast, even their parts department manager is INCREDIBLE, as long as you have the model number he can order you ANYTHING!!!!! unless you purchased there and then he'll be kind enough To look up the model!!!! Folks I know the temptation is there to look at a big box store, but TRUST ME THROUGH THE YEARS I USE TO COMPETITIVE PRICE AND COME TO THE SAME CONCLUSIO, FLICKS HAD THE QUALITY AND SELECTION WITH VALUE PRICING!!!! On the rare occasion there was a $20 or $30 difference, it was a no brainer to deal with Flicks, they even deliver!!! And if you want a screaming deal, ask their salesperson to show you the scratch and dent room in rear of the Amazing showroom, 2 years ago I purchased a $4000 refrigerator with minor scuffs for $2200!!! Try Flicks, you'll never purchase appliances anywhere else!!! God Bless!!-Tony

It's always odd to see a mall store pop up in an outlet mall and not offer outlet prices. I know…read morethere are outdoor shopping centers, but Grove City is not and has not been one of those. It has always been an outlet mall and to have stores like this start to encroach into the outlet mall is not cool, in my book at least. I know all shopping centers are looking for ways to stay relevant and keep their doors open, but if I wanted to pay full price, I would have found a mall with this store in it. Not make a destination shopping trip to be robbed of a spot for discounted items. Being and outdoor outlet mall it is always weird to see a mall based store try to fit in. But once you walk in the door, it's as if you just came off the mall concourse. There is nothing special here and that hits home when there isn't much selection, no difference in appearance, and pricing is as if you can't get these shoes anywhere else. I didn't enjoy it in here the least. The employees themselves even looked like they didn't want to be in here. We weren't greeted or helped. So it was a quick stop and back outside we went.
