I see a noticeable decline in product availability and quality, especially produce, and a decline in customer service. Many of the staff seem cranky; like they just don't want to be there. Seems like on two out of three visits now I leave frustrated over some issue. Today it was a VERY long wait at the meat counter. And then another long wait to check out. I have never not been greeted or made to feel anything but a treasured customer. Customer service is what makes these bananas better. As a disabled person, the carts are clean, ready, and charged. There are no self checkout lines and your groceries are carried to your car. Call me old fashioned, but that is The way I grew up with and became accustomed to. The store app is fun and simple and the weekly scratch off always results on something free or a major good deal. The deli is delicious and the market made pork sausage is very good.
