My husband works in Lakeland and has been telling me about this place for years. He couldn't wait to show me because he knew I would fall in love. There's nothing fancy, nothing special but what they do they do it right. I picked up my ingredients to make homemade salsa and some fun goodies and snacks to enjoy. The luncheon counter provides simple options but you'd be missing out if you did not grab some to go. Tacos are fresh, homemade and only $1.60 each. The pork is phenomenal. On Saturdays and Sundays they offer chicken and pork tamales. We grabbed a dozen. There are fresh flour and corn tortillas all wrapped nice and snug in a warm package for you to enjoy. I Will always make it a point to stop by whenever I am in Lakeland or Plant City. Lunch was so good. I feel like we were loaded down with bags and had so many goodies all for just $49.

The pupusas are delicious warm soft frijoles filled outstanding customer service friendly and fast serving loved the outdoor tables , nice patio and picnic tables , also umbrellas for sunny days , it's a locals favorite, you can see the place full of locals eating . Everything very fresh . Easy to find right on the road . They have parking lot .

I had heard about this place months ago but it is over an hour away from my house so I put notes in…read moremy calendar to visit when I went to the Strawberry Festival this year. I was NOT disappointed! It was like Oldtime Pottery and Michaels on steroids. It took me almost 90 minutes to browse everything. They have the most beautiful and unique dining tables and bedroom sets. I didn't know they even had furniture. I thought it was for just for smaller home decor. You can find something for any season or holiday you want to decorate for. It was hard not to buy everything I loved. I will be making a yearly trip just to visit here. Downtown Plant City is very quaint with lots of antique shops to browse also.
