Let me just say that was the freshest Dutch crunch bread I've had in a very long time. The sandwich was absolutely perfect. Clearly made with care and not just slapped together quickly to get it out. There are only 6 students max, although we only had five. You get lots of one-on-one time with her. She's written articles, been in books, been everywhere and done everything to do with book arts, metal smithing, etc. She's super talented and I have learned SO MUCH in her class!
