Update 4/26/08: I just took a week long Book Arts Technic course with Christine Cox, the owner of Volcano Arts, and it was the BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE to learn new art skills. SERIOUSLY. There are only 6 students max, although we only had five. You get lots of one-on-one time with her. She's written articles, been in books, been everywhere and done everything to do with book arts, metal smithing, etc. She's super talented and I have learned SO MUCH in her class! I will post the photos of the books I made. You'll be so jealous. I still can't believe that I made them! Anyway, if you ever wonder about how great these classes are, just ask me!!
