I once bought a brand new item worth around 80 bucks for 5 bucks and now that item would be in the glass case at the front of the store for $90. The stuff that they removed from the bins gets removed and overpriced. I've been back a few times hoping it would change back to the way it was. This new business strategy maybe profitable in the short term but not in the long term. The place was always packed with high energy people hoping to find a lucky deal. It's all just bins FILLED WITH JUNK NOW and not nearly as many people go there anymore. You have to give people a reason to go there and if they can't occasionally find a lucky deal then there's no reason to keep coming back. I heard about the store for my work friend and he would tell everybody that would listen how great it was. Now he tells everybody how bad it sucks. Plus they added a $100 warranty that was never asked for nor explained to us that it was mandatory due to financing! A couch that we had an invoice for $798 ended up costing $1010 and should have only been $698 because we didn't ask for a warranty! Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business and try to take advantage of a college student. I should not have had to pay for a warranty I didn't want nor these extra fees to Acima financing! All I wanted was the same as cash financing! I would have paid cash for it in full had I known this company was shady!!! A $600 couch ended up costing me over $1000!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

When I entered I was warmly greeted. Take note that if you carry a large purse or backpack you WILL have to leave it at the front desk. The store is neat and clean and everything is well organized. The variety here is phenomenal. There is a bit of everything. This is a great place to find second hand books on a variety of subjects. You can even find text books. You can find wedding gowns, clothing, jewelry, home goods, tools, furniture, you name it, here. The prices range from a steal of a deal to high end but if you have cash, some are more than willing to make a deal. Many items were already incredibly cheap. I found a heavy duty solid wood kitchen table with four sturdy chairs for $30! The staff here is friendly and helpful. I'll be honest, my get up and go gave out on the main level.
