I ordered 2- 3 taco platters and got 1 and had to reorder. I ordered onions and cilantro on the side and somehow got 3 tacos with onions and 3 with both onions and cilantro- my kids were NOT happy to pick out all the stuff. The beans tasted canned, but the rice was yummy. The beans were too runny and leaked all over and made a mess into the rice (see photo). Overall okay, but I'd try other places before returning here.

Usually I find that weird hidden location taco shops are some of the best, LOL. But unfortunately not the case here. I will say the tacos I had were pretty authentic, and the meat flavor was okay/good enough. The beans were watery and a very grey color... not appetizing. The rice was bland... I prefer some veggies in my Mexican rice... this was just orange rice. Overall, I wasn't impressed. There are better Mexican options in town.

This location just down the street from the major grocers makes filling in any gaps a breeze. The cheese selection is impressive and rivals most of the other selections you'll find in Iowa. We also appreciate the variety of food that ALDI brings in where otherwise you'd have to hit up an importer. There's been a couple of times where the cold section has thrown us for a loop and the placement of some things don't make a lot of sense in the shuffle.
