Pricing seems to be a recurring issue with items marked for one price (typically lower or at a deal) ringing up higher or not as part of the advertised deal. I've pointed out this issue many times with items I've purchased and it is usually corrected and it has gotten better but the issue remains. In terms of the cleanliness and the overall aesthetic views of the store, they do pretty good on both fronts but there is a feeling of clutter with some of the distributor displays.

Everyone is always nice and helpful, and they always honor their sales prices without hassle beyond the normal price check that any store has to do to make sure that the shelf price is indeed different than what rings up. On top of that, they have a scan right guarantee that if something isn't ringing up right then they will give you one of that item for free up to a few dollars. (Sorry people, no $99 free bluray player for not ringing right! lol) The prices are great if you have a store card, which is simple and free to get. Of course there are those things that are expensive, every store has something that is, but the sales prices and low prices on everything else more than makes up for that. And of course there is specials all the time where you get coupons for dollars off your next shopping order printed as you check out. And the points, if you get gas at Kroger, then you can get money off per gallon by using points you earn shopping.
