Sadly citizens of Magnolia have 2 choices when it comes to easy reach grocery. This i one of them. Like with Brookshire Bros up the road they are small and local so they really care and want to help. I haven't ever had a rude or unfriendly employee interaction ever. You don't get the cold blaze attitude one usually finds at Wallyworld Target Kroger Randalls..... They carry a lot of generic brands so their prices are reasonable. But since it is small don't expect enough food to feed a whole 3rd world country in this one building - it's enough to simply supply the community which is spectacular!!

Outstanding Customer Service and Genuine Care…read more I want to give a special thank you to Gayle and Brandy, the pharmacists at Walgreens in Magnolia, TX. They went above and beyond in helping us get my wife's medications ready after her hip surgery. What really stood out to me was that they didn't just treat us like another prescription. They genuinely took an interest in my wife's health, asked about her surgery, and showed sincere concern for how she was doing. Their kindness, patience, and personal attention meant a lot to us during an already stressful day. People often remember great service, but they especially remember when someone genuinely cares. Gayle and Brandy made us feel cared for, and we truly appreciate them. Thank you both for being so wonderful at what you do!

After waiting in the drive thru with no cars moving, I went inside to wait another 30 mins only to be told it's not ready! And this is after voice mail says it's ready, yet automated system says it's pending. I try every day being told waiting on Doctor, Doctor says called in weeks ago! Then I'm told they're out of the med, then I'm told insurance kicked it back. Insurance shows they paid Walgreens for it yesterday but I never picked it up because it was "pending". They've submitted multiple different RX numbers to my insurance yet I've never received my medication. I've been trying for a month!! Transferred my prescription to HEB, got it a few hrs later! Don't go here unless you have lots of time, like to get frustrated and never get your meds!

She said she would open a case. Waited a while, emailed again. She told me that she went ahead and refunded my money on PayPal. She LIED!!! She never did. I've sent several request and she will not respond. She has taken my money and lied to me. I would stay far away from her. I gave her plenty of opportunities to make it right and she didn't. It's a mixed bag for encountering a friendly coworker or not. My last visit were some ladies of age changing out the signs. Lord I thought DT was raising the $1.25 again. Luckily it was just aesthetically, they still had the same price. I do notice some items are $1.50 that I think should still be $1.25...like canned foods. Everything is so expensive these days, not hard to see why they went up a quarter the first time but I'm definitely not on board with the additional $0.25. And yes it's annoying the more expensive items still throw me off cause I want everything to be $1.25!

She said "yeah the other aisle". i shrugged it off and went on looking for the baking soda in the "other aisle" which I finally did find. after that I went to the register to check out and stood there for at little over a minute while the cashier was off to the side texting on her phone. I didn't say anything. I just waited until she looked up and saw me. She didn't say a word to me as she rung up my purchases and after I paid and the receipt printed, she tore it off and literally threw it at me sideways while coldly saying "have a blessed day". Then immediately walked away. I don't know if dg changed their training program recently, but that Is definitely not good customer service. I will definitely think twice before going there again.
