I've missed this grocery store…read more Yes, it's a normal market kinda like a Winn Dixie but the prices are a lot less than in that state that Irma ruined! So glad I came back to my old college town to be safe. I stocked the mini fridge with fruits and got stuff for the animals as we are staying in south carolina for another week..or as long as it takes for them to clean up the devastation Irma created. I'm sure I will be back. The woman in the deli who has a brother in florida was so nice to me and the girl in line in front of me took my groceries out of my cart for me when she heard I came to south carolina to escape Irma. Nothing like good ole southern hospitality! Sure beats any place I've ever lived.. Wait..i did live here..and sometimes i missed it..for now I'm back home in the state i loved many years ago. And shopping Is a pleasure!

If you know about Publix, then you just know. Publix is one of those places that even the worst…read moreones seem to still do better than many stores. That thought is very easy to have because my experience has been great at all Publix stores, and they are branching out further north. I personally think they have better customer service than Wegmans and definitely have better fried chicken (Mardi Gras wings) and sandwiches than many grocery stores. What I like is their commitment to cleanliness and consistency across their chain. It reminds me of HEB in that you do not see employees just standing around. The people who work there are always busy but never so busy that they do not take the time to ask if you need help. There is no issue of trying to pretend they do not see customers or an issue of constantly on their phones.

They wouldn't exchange it but gave her the money in a gift card. HOWEVER the watch was more now (about $100 more)! They say they don't do exchanges for black friday anymore. This just seems like highway robbery to me. You can't exchange an item for the same item and then they lock your cash in a gift card so you can't go anywhere else! Walmart has fallen from where they use to be. I'll do all my black friday shopping on Amazon from now on.

Not sure if this is the norm or just the few times I've been. No biggie! The staff that I've encountered hasn't been all that nice. Some will look you dead in the face and not say a word. No a deal breaker, lol! But I mean, if you make eye contact, you can speak. I don't bite, lol! The parking lot is shared along with a few other stores in the plaza. Parking isn't hard to find, unless it's a busy day. Good store!
