Please stay away from this salon. I will elaborate below…read more I had an appoint with the Embellish hair salon on 06/10/25 for blond highlights full head. The specialist name is Joslyn Savage. Once the procedure has been completed there was not a single highlight on my hair. (Pictures attached) I was too upset and I did not have confidence to dispute it in the salon. After the procedure, when I questioned the result Joslyn stated that I need weekly follow-up visits to get desired results for my hair, which is a tacky statement, because they do not advertise foil as a procedure that requires multiple visits, and in any other salon, I get a desired result from the first session. When I came back home my husband assisted me in calling the salon. I also sent an email that day. On the 06/12/25 I received a phone call from the salon where they have said that I will receive a full refund for the service. I did not record the call very stupid ... I had a follow-up call where they confirmed the refund. On 06/23/26, I called them again asking for refund after which they stated that they will not give me a refund, only a $50 salon credit for follow-up visits. After that, they have responded to my email with the complaint, two weeks after, repeating the same denial claim. My husband left a negative google review and they claimed on the review page that I did not come for the highlights, but for color correction. However the receipts show foils full head. Also I admit we may have sound agitated when we called them, who would not after 2 weeks of promises and hearing the absolute opposite thing at the end to sum it up I can say $270.89 went down the drain and I received a headache and a life lesson to stay away from this salon and their practices.

Everyone is so friendly and they were able to complete our hair ahead of schedule! I went back for a haircut after my wedding experience - and that was amazing as well!

Why do the models all look the same ? Men and women appear unisex ? We still have buffalo checked coats 40 yrs old that are still in great condition. I guess marketing has pushed these changes. After more than 186 years the Rich family is no longer majority shareholder of the iconic American…read moreclothing brand, Woolrich. Globalization and weak domestic financial fundamentals, has changed the Pennsylvania born first American outdoor clothing manufacturer into an international consortium of Italian, Japanese and Luxembourgesee financiers, with only a small fraction retainer by the original founders. But, that doesn't have to mean that the historic design and value proposition is no longer relevant. It certainly is. Established in 1830 in Plum Run, Carbon County, north central PA, their well known red and black pattern fabrics were worn by generations of outdoorsmen and women, who appreciated hunting, fishing, hiking and snow sports. By the late 20th Century they had honed their craft into household goods like beautiful blankets, and personal dress like flannel shirts and wool sweaters, in addition to Artic Parkas made with technological fabrics and eco sustainable materials. That is where I came in. With family in Westmoreland County southeast of Pittsburgh, the small mountain town of Mount Pleasant saw its heyday during the era of King Coal. Now a shadow of its former self, one of the surviving retail establishments on Main Street is Saloom's, a store dedicated to the outdoor life. Boots, knives, ammunition, fishing gear and a back room floor to ceiling with autumn and winter wear, most with the Woolrich label, has been attracting me to buy my flannels and woolies there for decades. A large part of my wardrobe was lovingly scouted and secured right where local mountain folk had been dressing themselves for generations. All that, and 10% discount just because our families go way back. My Bucks friends don't know about this aspect of my life, but they wouldn't recognize me when I'm in the woods with the cousins and bro-los in my Woolrich garb with a long gun slung over my shoulder looking for antler points or chasing bear away from the mountain lodge. So, very sorry that the Rich family had to unload their holdings to survive and become more financially liquid. But, from where I sit, their clothing is as good as it ever was, even if some of it now speaks with European tongues.
