It's a regular exchange with most of your needs, with longer lines than regular, and well rounded employees. Has all the usual items that an exchange has, such as electronics, pretty usual they had fitbit's, beats, and computers. They have pretty cheap computers when there's a sale. During the month of September they have a red apple sale which gives you a pretty decent discount off of their televisions. They also have clothes, which are name brand and not name brand. They have a selection of toys which is pretty small and tucked away. The staff are really helpful especially when they get to know you. They try to help when they can ( I can never tell if they're understaffed or they employees are hiding). Finally, the lines, they are atrocious at keeping lanes open, and it's horrendous. They need to either find the employees that are hiding or shielding, because everyone checks out eventually and they shouldn't only have 2 lines open.

I can't express how funny this is to me, and how it charmed to no end. Let me set the stage. I arrived here because my four year old really needed a toilet break on our drive to central Kansas and this was the next one on our route. When I checked in I was really surprised to see the great reviews, as in my experience, even the best of travel stops have really mixed reviews based on all kinds of experiences. That being said, we made a beeline for the restroom. Once inside I was surprised to find a really fancy bidet attached to the toilet, along with detailed instructions on how to use it pasted to the wall. My daughter was very confused but used the toilet anyways, despite it being set to a warmed seat setting (which also made me laugh) "why is it so hot?" was a question she asked me. At any rate, once she was done in the restroom we explored the rest of the travel center and it's pretty basic except for the fact that they also sell the bidets and have a display for them in the middle of the store, which also I found to be entertaining. Overall, would I return? Yes. It's a unique and clean stop in Kansas and honestly worth it if just for experiencing something different.

The computer froze and the attendant (male) decided to restart my check out, the other employee (female) that was already helping me got into it with the attendant because she was going to suspend my transaction, and he messed up the process. Delaying me to stay in store longer than needed. So I paid with my door dash debit card , and it took the money so she told she would have to ring me up again. And I told her that they still had my money it was taken from my account. So she decided to blame me for the computer freezing that i should have know the computer doesn't take split payments. Waited for 30ish minutes to get my stuff refunded. today 9/12 I come back to rebuy the things I needed to purchase yesterday but due to the inconvenience I ran out of time and needed to leave. So the same lady , came up to me trying to redirect me to the register assuming I had a split payment, and again tried to blame me for the register problem. And I said I don't have one , and than had the audacity to asked me loudly if I was paying with WICC giving me attitude . Last time I checked I don't need to disclose anything with anyone about how I pay for my groceries, and for her to A. To blame me For their computer problems, I have previous receipts to show that I have indeed made split payments B. Being the only store on base to sell a wide range of products they do well having exceptional…read moreavailability and ok lines. The lines are why I took off a star, because they have a ton of check out stations, but only a couple open, but they have Baggers eager to earn money, and they're usually waiting a while because of the limited amount of checkouts open. This could be because they have self checkout, but I disagree. The line usually gets long because of the limited cashiers checking items. They have a large produce section with a ton of items there as you can see in the photo I attached. They maintain fresh food and you'll barely ever see anything that's rotten. They do have a little section in the back where the "abnormal" fruit sits, if you want to try that. I like the idea, because it makes all the fruit available and helps keep a wide range of products. Finally they have Isles dedicated to different food like most grocery stores, but they offer cultural food from different places like an Asian cuisine.
