"Angela" greeted me with a smile and the appropriate greeting of the day. Angela was professional, knowledgeable of store merchandise, products and services. "Angela" reached out to this customer and said that she would ask the store manager about the dining set and chairs. June 10, 2025, at 5:01 pm. i stop by big lots store #3225 and purchased the dining set and chairs. attention: big lots store #3225 president/ceo/owner. it is highly recommended that Angela be given a merit pay increase due to inflation, tariff, cost of living increase, childcare, mortgage/rental increase, food, gas, credit interest rates increase and or one-week paid vacation, employee of the month and or year. This Location was quite bizarre, I was here on a relaxing trip with some colleagues to get some…read morefood to quench our hunger when an acquaintance accidentally misplaced a hoodie back on the shelf. Out of nowhere, that GM (General Manger) of the location started to yell and scream at the top of her lungs about said hoodie, our entire team looked at each other with utter confusion because we honestly hadn't done anything wrong with intent. But the GM started cussing at us saying "If you're going to f**k up our s**t and not buy anything, you can get out of the store" and followed up by threatening to call the police on everybody in the store. I knew that this lady was trouble, so I quickly gathered my items and bought them as fast as I could before she would force us out. It was less than 30 seconds later when the GM decided to kick all of my colleagues out of the store for no reason, even though they had the clear intention of buying stuff from their establishment. I would give this location 0 Stars if the opportunity was given.
