He left and we continued shopping but we were only there for the hair dye so we were searching for the right shade. It was a bit late so they barely had dye. We were picking some up and shading them to her skin color and hair color. We were putting some down in the right place since we don't put things just randomly. Then he comes back and he's like,"Girls you can leave." We weren't doing anything. We were shopping like any other person. Since the first interaction with him, we had been more quiet since that kind of ruined the mood. We continue shopping and he stays standing there like a creep. We all were uncomfortable since we weren't doing anything bad and it wasn't near closing time. He waits there for a few minutes, just watching us shade the color on box to her hair. Then he pushes my sister to go to the other side when he had so much space to go. We started putting stuff back then he interrupts us and goes,"You guys are loitering and need to leave." We were uncomfortable and fed up with him since he won't leave us alone. So my sister says back to him,"Girl, we literally are going to buy the fucking hair dye. You see my wallet. Do you want me to fucking show you the money?" And all he says is,"I didn't curse any you so there's no reason for you to curse at me." We were fed up and just put the stuff back and went to pay our hair dye. We weren't doing anything bad and they weren't near closing time since it was like 9:28 maybe. I can't quite remember the time but around that time. He was rude and disrespectful. He was a creep and very weird. Also not to mention, we all had our wallets incase one of them declined. He had no reason to act that way.

I came to Macy's during a crowded Saturday with the intention of picking something up at the Chanel…read morecounter and making a quick exit to avoid the masses but was enticed to look at some clothes in the Ralph Lauren and Tommy section by the cute tops in the summer sales sections. I had also received some coupons in the mail and thought, "Why not?" I was able to find some good deals on Tommy jeans and some nice Ralph Lauren Polo shirts as well as some blouses for work. As I headed to the check out, I was already thinking, the coupons will probably not go through and I might have to make some of my purchases online. Macy's coupons are a hit or miss because they have so many exclusions and at some counters, a sales associate told me they make sure the coupons don't go trough because all their items are exclusions. As a result, I usually don't bother unless I happen to be there for another reason. I was pleasantly surprised this time when a sales associate named Yolanda Perez helped me figure out how to make the most of my coupons and it turned my good deals into some really great ones. I truly hope Macy's keeps hiring sales associates who are friendly and helpful like Yolanda. Having that help keeps me at the brick and mortar store instead of shopping online. I really want to support RGV business but if I can buy a $50 pair of shoes for $22 on Macy's online, how can I resist? Forget about online shopping, bring your coupons and enjoy the excellent service. As an added plus, there is ample parking, the store is nice and clean, and the Chanel counter kicks butt. Nobody is getting any discounts for checking themselves out, prices remain just as high and keep getting higher. Was that your friend, relative or coworker who's hours were cut because of inpatient people not wanting to wait in line? Wait, I just saw a line for the self checkout. Bring jobs back and quit using these kiosks. Don't just do it here, boycott all kiosks!

The meat tasted horrible and again I was not given a refund. About a year later I made the mistake again of buying frozen hamburger meat and the meat was just as bad. Stay away from their meat department try HEB meat I have never being disappointed and their return policy is much better.
