Greeting cards are way too expensive here for a store where the price maxes out at $5 per item. This was my first time to this chain - my cousin told me about it last month so I decided to check it out. I got some holiday bags here, which were nice and different from what they had next door at Ross and TJMaxx. Lip balms and chapsticks were about the same as grocery store prices. They had tons of phone cases and accessories for the iPhones and a few Samsungs as well as universal covers. They had a good selection of board games so I picked up one of those for game nights. All in all a decent experience though the deals aren't as good as I expected they'd be. Return policy is tight at 2 weeks with a receipt.

With plenty of seating, it's an ideal spot for a quick meeting. (Though I couldn't find a free wi-fi connection.) Aside from that, the majority of patrons are there for the gifts and goods. Another first review? BONUS!…read more This store has been around in many incarnations... it started as really just a hallmark store. Then, as it grew and evolved, it's so much more. At any given time you'll find hubby shopping for wife, junior league shopping for future inductee, kids shopping for mom or high school boyfriend for their sweetheart. They've got everything from shoes and purses, to cards and collectibles, to stationary and photo books. And thats not it! Scarves, jewelry, home decor, precious moments, jim shore, religious stuff, the famed painted ponies, clever cowboy chic things, kitchen ware, trendy wallets, etc. and so on. I was in there today and walked out with way too many things... but all of them precious and perfect. Hit them during a sale and you'll go crazy (hint hint: After christmas!) in the very best way.

One of very few places down here that carries any of them. The downside to the wide variety is that there is very little depth to any of it. Just a few offerings in each area means that you really don't get the best of anything. Attendants can be VERY pushy and there is rarely anyone else in store to distract them. Great place for a high-quality gift in a pinch, but the selection and value is much better online if you have the time.

The clothes I don't tend to like (a lot of the bowler-type shirts), but the shoes are actually pretty great. They tend to have a variety of styles and sizes available and they're always having some sort of sale.
