I ask for an oil change and wipers to be put on since I'm driving several miles today on ice with blades that needs replaced. I'm told it's going to take 5 employees basically to put on a set of tires and over an hour to help me. I purchased the blades but wished I hadn't. I'll pay a quick change to do it. So I got out of my truck and asked what I need to do to get an oil change they told me to go inside. I clearly needed Assistance and nobody came up and asked me if they could help me...... freaking weird. There was one car parked inside and four empty bays..... two cars in the parking lot. 4 employees ....... I told him I just needed an oil change it took all of my information and took my keys and then told me it would be an hour and a half half. Thanks but NOOOO. So I went across the street to KWIK KAR and they immediately started changing my oil and washing my windows!!!! Best Customerservice I've seen in a while!!!
