I visited your store located in Greenville , this is my first time visiting this store but ross is usually my go-to place for my shopping needs. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the behavior of the store manager and made me want to take my money elsewhere in general. On March 2nd, I was shopping at your store when I encountered the store manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach towards me. I would give this store zero stars if I could !I went into a dressing room and left my car keys in my shopping cart while I was trying on select items. when I came out the cart was gone and I asked the store manager for help but she said the cameras showed nothing and she could not assist me in looking for it or making an announcement that they were lost . Not only did she refuse to help me with my queries, but she also went on to ignore me and engage in conversations with her co-workers instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate the issue with her , she showed no interest and continued to be dismissive of my concerns. I believe that this kind of behavior from a store manager is intolerable and sends a wrong message to customers who are loyal to your brand. As a customer, I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courteousness from your staff, and especially from the store manager. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue to shop at your store. I sincerely hope that you will take action against the store manager and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

No high pressure sales tactics or a feeling of rushing my time which allowed for plenty of time to make my individual choice of the shoe I wanted. In fact the prices were good enough that I purchased two different pairs of shoes. I am very happy with the quality of the shoes I got and I even purchased some new socks that were very reasonably price at the check out counter.

After finding Texas Gold Connection's website advertising eyeglass repairs, I called them and talked to a helpful staff member who said that they charge $55 (including tax) to weld broken glasses and normally have them fixed within an hour. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon, spoke to a helpful staff member, and dropped off my glasses. About 45 minutes later, I received a text notifying me they were ready. When I picked them up, I could hardly notice where the fix had been made. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and most importantly, they solved my problem at a great value. Highly recommended for eyeglass repairs!

Actual potholes in the mattress and in further inspection the top half of the mattress is lighter than the bottom half.. The bottom half is way darker. This is not a new mattress I would never paid $1,200 for an used or refurbished mattress I would never buy one. My wife went to the store the day after it the mattress was delivered.. They were not nice anymore. They said we had to take pictures of the mattress and file a Warrenty claim. I asked them to come look at it but they said they couldn't do it, I live five minutes from the store, you can casually walk from the store to my place in five minutes. So we took the pictures of the mattress and file the c itlaim, it is now going on the fourth week and still nothing not a word . We call several times but the answer is always " we are reviewing the claim" what is there to review??? We let them know the day after the mattress was delivered!! We got the mattress on credit and were made the first payment but I'm beginning to realize that we were ripped off.. we were scammed. I would not sell this piece of crap to someone else so I'm going to stop making payments I'm pretty sure they will be by afterthe payment due date and pick up the mattresses it will hit my credit but at least I would only lose the first payment . The lesson of the story is buy from store that has a reputation, that is well known and one that doesn't sell crap and reals you off. I will never do business with this store .
