Whether it's that parishioners are donating used goods to their in-church ventures (as I've seen at a local faith based retirement home) or everything is used until it's used up, GR seems to be a hard market for fun thrift shopping. From the outside it always looks dirty and run down, what I imagine is the cost of keeping costs low in a high traffic, urban shopping area. But, once you're inside, the stock is always orderly and I've never had an issue with quality.
