I didn't get his name but he was wearing glasses, had a faux hawk and im pretty sure is a manager. When I asked him if they had edible glitter he laughed at me and said no. I found this to be rude and disrespectful. I walked away I was so mad. However, I then asked someone who was stocking shelves. She was so great to deal with her name was Kayla. She pointed out and helped me look in places it may have been and even checked in the backstock for me. She made my experience better. However, if the guy i first talked to was a manager, I would definitely recommend for him to go through extensive training or be fired because due to that interaction alone, I will not be back. Kayla should definitely be promoted because she is phenomenal!

The package was NOT sealed. Easily can just pop it open and see if the tip of the sharpie was the right size. He walked past when I had it in my hand and I asked kindly if I can just see the size of the tip. "No, we don't do that here" he said. The package was not sealed. I could easily just flip it open and see, but NO, he said I can't. Even after I showed him how the package can easily open. "No, that's not allowed." Well, I put the package back. You lost a simple sale, and my respect in you. To the ladies at the counter? Good job, keep up the good work. To the man? Learn some customer service skills.
