Well how about doing your job & ask the customer standing there if they need help. Purchased 2 firearms at this store have no reason to ever return unless they have a sale on something I'm interested in. Absolute worst firearms purchase I've ever experienced. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. Not recommended. The whole thing was like pulling teeth took 3 trips to the store before any of the employees to have half a clue what I wanted despite having screenshots of their online sale items available at the Emporia Kansas store. Jesus Dunhams train your people, they're ignorant & frankly unpleasant to deal with. Terrible experience they acted like it was my fault that they didn't have a clue & that I was inconveniencing their day. I was so pissed at the experience I called another store to complain to the other store's manager because I felt whoever managed the Emporia location was too incompetent to comprehend my complaint & have yet to receive that phone call in over 10 days. Nice place, good people and better prices than I could find online for a few things. 479.00 marked down to 349.00 for the rifle I was looking at. They did have a store policy that would not let me purchase a long gun since I am from Colorado. Other neighboring states are fine. Just not Colorado. Cal-ranch has the same policy. Wish that policy was different, but a great addition to Emporia.

There are also showers available to truckers driving a long haul. There was a better than average selection of energy drinks in the refrigerated case, and the soda fountain boasts a number of diet options including Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, Diet Come Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, and Diet Mountain Dew. There are several coffee options including a premium and dark roast as well as decaf. If you're hungry, there are a number of snack options including candy, chips, and donuts. If you want to keep it healthy, or want a real meal, there is a Subway sandwich shop inside, also. The cashier was friendly and chatty with the truckers and the car drivers alike. They helped me out and delivered my mattress, box spring, and recliner (side purchase!), within an hour.
