She helped me check all of the boxes to make sure if any glasses were damaged and replaced the broken ones while I was there. She told me that if I found any issues with any of the glasses that I could bring them in and they would replace them. Excellent customer service and excellent people. 100% recommend.

Saw 40 people go in during my time in there and counted 10 leave prior to leaving. Apparently they have a store limit of 49 and apparently they count the employees which in my opinion shouldn't count for store capacity limit. They need to limit customer time to a maximum of 25 min from entrance to checkout. Also while waiting in line while it was snowing, witnessed store employees trying to salt the walkway around the entrance with table salt. They were definitely unprepared for adverse weather and I doubt the pink table salt was effective during my time there. Once again like any new place that opens in Dubuque, it's just too hot and I'll come back when it cools down. I know a good deal is hard to pass up but an hour in line in the element is a little excessive.
