He said to the guy working up front that he would try them at home and if they didn't fit, come back and exchange them. The guy working said that was fine. He took them home and they were way too big, so he came back and grabbed the next size down and put the original jeans on the counter. The girl working rang up the new jeans, but told him after he purchased the new ones that he couldn't exchange the old ones due to COVID-19. Again, I totally get this, but your whole staff should be on the same page. If a staff member tells someone they can exchange something, you should honor that. I used to buy all of my boots from Timmy, but we won't be coming back here again. I understand the policies in place for the better of public heath, but you should educate your staff.

The waiting area is small but comfy (4 seats) but no worries on the seating, I've never seen anyone left standing. If I had tho I can almost bet they would pull a chair out from the back to accommodate everyone.
