Not only was she kind, but she went above and beyond to help this customer. Bravo! She stood out because she was incredibly professional and is a great example of how a manger should be! I wish there were more employees like her! A while later, as my family and I shopped the store, we asked for assistance from Janice Roberson as she was stocking shelves down an aisle. I asked her where I could find an item and she basically grunted and mumbled as she waved me and my kids away. I asked her to repeat herself and she told me she doesn't know and "every store is different" and shooing me in a direction, while not even pausing her task. She was outright rude and even my kids were shocked. Having been a manager in a major retail store, I understand there is a wide range of professionalism and lack there of. These two women show the extremes of the scale. The store was in good order, decently stocked (I understand Covid has caused some issues) and most employees were courteous and welcoming. The parking lot was clean as was the inside of the store. Keep up the good work!
