I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. I asked if they could help or replace the part (they have several in store) and was having a conversation with one of the owners who then proceeded to read and ignore my messages for days. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. I was also told I shouldn't have used Arcade 1up support to try to fix it. I bought a microwave, an arcade, and several small items totally around $600. This business doesn't care about customers. They want your money and then don't care if you ever return. Scum of the earth business practices from scummy people. You should be ashamed. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good. I was rushed and sold bum product. They have at least 5 other units and claim not to have the parts to replace it. What a joke. Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. Stay away and save your money.

We didn't really see pricing on items in the store and it is packed with products (enough so that it can be hard to find or view things), but I realized afterwards that it would be better to check their website beforehand for whatever you want and then check the site when in the store for pricing on random items you find.

We found exactly what we needed, and went to the checkout so we could make our purchase, and also return an item my Fiancé had purchased just before Christmas that ended up not working for her needs. The lady at checkout was rude, and that is putting it lightly. Negative in all aspects of the transaction, obviously not wanting to be a helpful employee. The name in the receipt was Denise, not sure if they share registers, but regardless, this lady could use a little bit of training in regard to her customer service. We've always been treated kindly here, but today we were left dumbfounded by this employees rudeness. Hopefully management checks these reviews as her behavior could chase customers away.

There is plenty of parking and there are many other stores and restaurants I use, like Kroger, Target, Panera, Starbucks and Applebees, conveniently nearby. They stay open until 9pm most nights which makes it a great place to stop in the evenings after work. The shelves and racks are always well stocked and the selections are great. I shop for apparel, luggage, shoes, housewares and even picked up an amazing baby gift in my last visit. There are so many high end finds for discounted prices! My very favorite thing to browse for are health and beauty products. They carry a range of items from basic to luxe and also many vegan options. :) The fitting rooms are spacious and have tons of large mirrors to give you looks at all angles. One drawback to this store is that help is sort of scarce if you have a question about a product and the cash warp can sometimes be very slow.
