Besides my weekly shopping, Publix's bakery and deli platters are super helpful for hosting! Aside from a close friend working at this location, my wife and I prefer this store as it is well-lit and always clean and organized. Most other Aldi stores are either poorly lit or have empty boxes and various items scattered throughout the store making things difficult to find. The entire staff is always friendly and happy to help when needed and the store is well-staffed for its size. I never have had to hunt through the store to find what I am looking for as the shelves are well maintained. It is because of this store I am now an Aldi fan.

So I had to order a substitute product which was not that big of a deal. I liked GFS, because they have numerous items not available at your pay warehouse is such as Sam's Club or Costco and BJ's. I ordered prepared taco meat, Mexican rice, and salsa Verde for a nacho bar that I am preparing this week. The taco meat is very practical. It is in a 5 pound bag that only needs to be placed in boiling water to heat up and serve. The taco meat can be purchased in beef or chicken. Today there was a little hiccup at checkout. One of my items had changed in price from the date of order. Thus, my amount of my school prepaid check was not enough to cover the bill. It is noted on their website that price is subject to change. But the management was kind enough to do a price override to make my transactions smooth.
