Lo and Behold, Campo Market came to the rescue with an amazing supply of them! Along with delicious looking mangos and others varieties of fruit. The cashier was very kind and helped me source what I was looking for and bagged them up nicely. I will say the store is a bit cramped but that is just because the shelves are full with all of the things. I can not imagine a scenario where you would walk out of this market empty handed. This place is really a gem, if you're into exotic fruit or you're like me and looking for something somewhat niche that you grew up with this may be the spot to check out!

I placed an order through the app for ~$45 worth of groceries. When it arrived, the total had dropped to $32.71, because the deli turkey I ordered (the main reason for the order) wasn't included. Since that brought the total under $35, I was charged a $9.95 fulfillment fee. So not only was my order incomplete, but I was penalized for it. I brought the items back to the store for a refund. I'm not paying $10 extra for a half completed order. I even checked the deli before going to customer service, and the turkey I ordered was clearly available. Customer service called the manager, David, and that's where things really went downhill. He was completely dismissive, saying things like, "Too bad. That's the cost of not picking up your own groceries," and "Next time, pick up your own groceries." No empathy, no accountability, just blame-shifting. After going back and forth with him for a few minutes, he finally processed the refund and gave me a $10 gift card. But it should NOT take that much effort or attitude to resolve this issue. David's behavior was unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Hopefully Kroger leadership sees this and retrains him, because I wouldn't trust this location to handle problems fairly without an argument.

They filled a half-dozen or more orders before our order number was even started. Then, as they began filling our order they were out of chicken (breasts) again! We continued waiting, and after 20 minutes without an update, I asked how much longer is this going to take? Answer: another 15 minutes or so!!! I get it: Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are recovered from, and Royal Farms staff did nothing to try to make it right. We weren't offered substitution options. We weren't offered a complimentary fountain drink while we wait. We weren't even offered an apology for the mis-ordering of order fulfillment. The attitude seemed to be, "We have your money; you'll get your order when we give it to you." It took nearly an hour to get our order, from the time we paid until the time it was handed to us. This is unacceptable. We will never order chicken from this location of Royal Farms again. Postscript: They placed our hot, steaming, crispy chicken in two separate sealed zip-locked plastic bags. During the 10-minute drive home that steam managed to turn that crispy, crunchy breading into a slimy, goopy, slippery mess. Thanks again, Royal Farms! Nope; never again!
