This one is highly organized, the staff are professional and friendly, and I usually get what I need 98% of the time. Yes they do rotate stock too often. I'll get used to something I like and then it disappears; but, that's what they do. They opened up a Dollar General nearby and Walmart still saves me money despite the ten mile trip. If they don't have what I need I'll order it from Amazon or go to Tulsa.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of urgency to resolve this matter. I was an innocent patron at your gas station and thought I was purchasing gas and NOT WATER for my vehicle. I have no idea of the long-term effects this horrible incident may cause my vehicle. Water in my gas tank can be catastrophic and cause corrosion inside the fuel system and injectors which could keep them from monitoring my fuel delivery rate properly. At this point, I am also requesting to be compensated for the stress of it all and not just the known repair cost as of today. Since unknowingly pumping a full take of water in my gas tank at your Phillip 66 location my SUV does not drive the same or accelerate the way that it used to previously. This is something a patron should never have to worry about, but I have done nothing but worry and be stressed out with this since the day it happened. What was supposed to be a wonderful time with my family over Thanksgiving week turned into a nightmare?

HOWEVER, every summer we loose an option and it is your store! I'm not sure whete the person that makes the decisions is from or what kind of weather they are used to but it mid May and we are already sweating here. I just went in and the summer time thermometer u guys sale said it's 92 DEGREES IN YOUR STORE MID MAY!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! We are members of the warner chamber and please understand my family and friends are not the only ones in our community that will be using our new family dollar in town all summer instead of dollar general until someone in corporate figures out that stores should be able to adjust their own air conditioning within the store depending on that areas weather /and or your customers and poor employees deserve an air conditioning system that is adequate to cool a business of that size. Please understand this is not just something I'm just upset about now and will go away ! This issue has been going on for years it's just gotten to the point that I'm tired of spending more money having to go to other places during the warner months and my community is as well . I speak for my whole community when I say if dollar general doesn't care enough about its customers to at least not make us miserable to shop there then do us all a favor and close down so another business can move in that can afford to make their customers comfortable to shoo there!
