I went into the store tonight, got the things I needed and proceeded to the checkout line. I went to register 3, the clerk was talking to another clerk, she turned to look at me, turned back around and started talking to her again. My friend I was with had to ask her if she was open and she said ya I'm open. By that time, I had already left. I then went to the self check out and proceeded to check myself out. The clerk that was manning that area walked off, no problem, however I ran into an issue and needed her help, but she was nowhere to be found, so we had to go find someone else. When she returned, I had another issue with scanning up an item. She told me it was because my friend picked up a bag before it was time, yet it still would not let me continue ringing up my item. She walked over with a terrible attitude and repeated what she already told us and told me there was nothing she could help me with that it had to fix itself. This stores customer service is awful!!! Its a shamebecause I really like the deli and a few other things I can't get anywhere else, but I dread going in fear of how I will be treated.

Stock carts blocking every aisle. It took me 15 minutes to get out of the cosmetic aisles because…read moreof stockers, partially loaded abandoned carts, rude people leaving their carts in the middle of the aisles, people parked in the middle of the aisles on their phones. One couple with 2 carts and little kids walking 1 mph spanned the whole aisle so nobody could get through. All the pass thrus had stock carts blocking them. Why the store can't do all the stocking at night when there are much fewer shoppers I don't understand. Every time I've been there it's a claustrophobic nightmare. And trying to see prices on ground beef? No prices, just scan tags. WTF!? And I won't even get started on finding someone to help. This store has most of what I need, so I go there. But the stress level is climbing and I might be going somewhere else from now on.

This is legitimately amazing Mexican food. The chips they give you while you wait for your food are so good and the salsa is solid as well. On one occasion, I mentioned that the entrance had an unpleasant odor like body odor it hits you in the face when you open the door the next time, I did come in the smell was not there. Today, I called the store to schedule a Hydrotherapy appointment. I spoke with a gentleman who informed me that Amy's available slots for these appointments are at 1:00-2:00 PM or 2:30 PM. I explained that these times wouldn't work for me and asked if there were other options. He mentioned that Amy might be flexible with her schedule. I then checked my calendar to see if I could accommodate one of the regular times, as he also mentioned there were available slots in August. He then asked what time would work for me, and I replied with 5 PM. He immediately responded, "Blah, I don't think Amy will do that," cutting me off before I could finish. I was about to suggest 5 PM this week or 12:30 PM next Monday if that was possible, but I never got the chance. So, I said, "Um, okay, never mind." He responded, "No, Jessica, what is it? Well, what is it?" I told him I would find another place for the treatment. He said something I couldn't hear, and I ended the call by telling him his response was rude before hanging up. I already felt uncomfortable discussing this appointment with a man, and his rudeness made it even worse. Hydrotherapy involves being partially exposed, with only a blanket covering you, so it's crucial for me to feel comfortable with the staff and the environment. This comfort is essential for a positive experience. I will no longer shop here!

I wish I had pictures of the marvelous rows of supplements and herbs. we were going to the caverns the next day and I was desperate for something for dizziness. on top of that I am allergic to SOOO many things but the gentleman was excellent at helping me read labels and find what I needed. thanks to his help I was able to sleep without the room spinning and enjoy the hours at the caverns. that is the place to go if your not finding what you need lsewhere.

Then the one who was verbally assaulted said (again in a polite manner) do you realize how dangerous it is to leave an infant in a car? The "parent" of the year then proceeded to say excuse me its been 3 minutes. At that point lady a says it dont matter if its 1 minute or 1 hour... leaving babies in cars alone is dangerous. It kills babies, cars get stolen with kids inside. And its illegal.... Then the cashier who is clearly a genius comes from behind the counter saying nonits fine she comes in here all the time and leaves the baby in the car. Serious? That makes it better? No that makes her a repeat offender. At that point the cashier started yelling at and belittling the concerned customer and screaming right into the customers sons ear.... i dont know any of these people but props to the woman who stood up for the baby and shame on ms perfect mom and the rocket scientist cashier. Lucky i had things to do or i woulda blocked her in til cops arrived. Both need to get what they deserve and rot in you know where. Nm CYFD AT ITS FINEST, do BETTER AGAINST SO CALLED "PARENTS" PUTTING THEIR CHILDREN IN DANGER!
