Yes he's been rude before in a separate incident that involved a return in customer service. I don't know what has gone wrong in his life that he has to be this bitter and disgusting but you guys need to find a new role for him that does not involve customer service. I simply wanted to get a price change due to a different Walmart location having an item at $25 that this location has at $28, a $3 difference! He proceeded to cut me off mid conversation and was escalating the situation rather than just being a nice human being. He looks like he probably doesn't get any constructive feedback so I implore you to have a sit down with him and explain to him how to actually interact with customers. Absolutely unacceptable!!

But, since nobody answers their phoned(at LOCATIONS) had to drive there to find out that that they don't anymore. LOL, here we go again. It's been 3 months since I wrote about this place last and it's 2 for 2…read morebad. Let me preface this with I did a stint as a secret shopper out of boredom and I wanted the experience because it was... fun. Really. I didn't make much but it was sometimes educational. One time I did a 4 hour shop of a very large foreign company in the area (I cannot say who though). That was a grueling experience (did it with a migraine) that required a LOT of steps and a good memory. Anyway, on to my latest foray into Aldi mediocrity. I'll make it short and to the point. Arrived around 6PM 23 Feb 2026. I walked around the store and took note of the cleanliness as I made my selections. I walked up to the cashier checkout where I placed my box of goods on the conveyor belt and the black cashier employee with glasses instructed me to empty the box. I took no umbrage to this because this is standard request that I have received in the past. I did so and placed the box in the cart. Now, many customers of Aldi will note that if you ask for the cashier to place the items in the box the VAST majority of the time, they will. Some place the items in the box neatly for you, some will just throw them in, I never cared as long as they were in the box. It makes things fast for me and fast for them because I leave quicker if I don't have to pack the box. It takes zero extra effort to do so. This has been my experience ever since Aldi opened a store in the Pittsburgh area. What this employee did, was even after asking them politely with a "Please put the items in the box" 3x and even trying to place the box under where she was dropping the items.... This employee actively avoided the box. In the years of secret shopping and regular shopping, This was the first instance of "Active Refusal" of a reasonable customer request that I have ever encountered. I've heard about it in training before but never once encountered it. I left my items at the counter and I complained to the SAME manager I complained in my prior review of this Aldi location. I then left and took my money to Walmart, where I don't have to put up with managerial complacency and an employee with a chip on their shoulder to give the brand a bad name and bad reviews. I hope someone at corporate takes note and does something about this employee. They probably will not because of the "Oh i'm being discriminated against" by the employee. If you have that problem, contact me, I'll testify in court against the employee free of charge. This was very bad behavior on her part.

Probably one of the newer ALDI locations out there. In fact I don't even think it would show up on…read morethe map it's that new. Same, simple set up as many ALDIs before it. Great service from the staff, they are quick to restock items and also quick to open up more registers if they see there is a line of customers in wait. I have noticed that items vary depending on their location, but the ALDI staples are all here. Majority of their items are allergy friendly. Quick stop for some quick items.

Admittedly it's Thanksgiving week so the other stores were sold out, but I am glad I stopped in here. I will be back. This store was fully stocked, had wide aisles, & an awesome bakery department. I got what I needed & also an American hoagie & sushi to go, which were both decent. I saw many prior reviews of this store giving it bad reviews were from the pandemic & based on prior mask mandates, not on what this store offers. I would not hesitate to stop in again. Parking was easier than Giant Eagle & the store was less crowded & I checked out with a REAL cashier!

This is an oddly placed store. It's back from the road and hard to see. The only way I noticed…read morethis was because of the way that I exited the mall. It sits back off the road a ways and when there are leaves on the tree it makes it hard to see the front of the store and the sign. Once you pull in here, the parking lot is fairly small and in need of some type of repair. Pulling into a parking spot is a bit treacherous as most people don't seem to look or care if they are going to back out in front of or into a vehicle. These too things are the only downside to this Dollar Tree. Merchandise inside is more than enough for a store that offers great items for just a dollar. They are always my go to place when I need something on the fly. It never hurts to be able to run in here and walk out with an armload of bags for under $15.

The parking lot is also very tiny and uneven. However, there are such extremely nice people working here. One trip I had to use the restroom and the manager was nice enough to take me back through the warehouse to use the customer/employee restroom. Another time I was there I got to talking to two of the young cashiers on staff and they directed me where the best place was to buy spray adhesive. Very friendly and such a pleasure. This is a big store with a big selection. I am however annoyed at my recent shopping experience…read morehere.....i had about 30.00 worth of items in my cart--one checkout person was open and three other ladies where just hanging around the desk area....nobody gets in a hurry. My husband was attempting to purchase a man's razor that wasn't marked. They had several different varieties on the shelf all banged up and open boxed and he just happened to be impressed with one that wasn't priced. When we put it with the other items the bar code didn't scan and the checkout lady turned to her supervisor said it wouldn't scan and make a pointing motion to where a tag had apparently fell off as you can still see the adhesive residue. i wanted to just pay for what I had and let them sort this out to keep the line moving but that lady said oh i can suspend this transaction..(thanks asshole!) So she suspended my transaction with the push of one key and ripped off my receipt and handed to her fucking manager so I got pushed aside with that lady to another register...she was on that computer looking up shit for at least 10-15 mintues wtih no success and stated she would have to call another store to find the pricce...SERIOUSLY....????? She never even walked her ample ass to the display to see if she could locate a sticker or bar code---I suggested she find a similar product and use that but she just couldn't do that because it would mess up her precious inventory...seems like they already have a problem. I am not a woman with great patience....so I told the husband he didn't need that damn razor and made the lady take my money for my few other items that I obviously wanted or I would have just left it all and went elsewhere but I did want my little travel cover for my kindle and the dog leash and collar for my dog...so I let her take another 10 mintues to review my entire receipt and finally take my money... Next time I'm skipping this store and experience....

Lotsa FreePeople, MK, RL, etc. Great to go and spend an hour and "dig", generally clean and orderly. ONE pitfall is their handbags are overwhelmingly blah...mostly just monogram MK is the highest end they get, most are no name. They do have a good selection of Bagallini though which are great handbags esp. for travel or inclement weather. The SAs at this location are very nice and helpful.

An employee greeted me when I entered the store. The shelves were fully stocked, clean, and organized. I selected health, office, and pet products. The cashier was very nice and made no mistakes with ringing up my purchase.
