Like most other stores in this genre, Costless Outlets' products fall into two categories: A) really good deals B) stuff that makes me look at the price tag twice because it is full retail value. Good stuff they had when I went today: The deluxe Crock-Pot with digital timer for less than $30. Ink Cartridges for my printer, 3 for $25. 6 jumbo rolls of TP for $3.50. I take these and other purchases to the register, and ask the cashier, "So how long have you guys been here?" He says 4 years. Really? I had no idea. I've driven past it countless times. Based on the merchandise in stock today, I would assume at least 75% comes from Costco. Don't expect to find anything in particular- Enjoy the unexpected. I'll be back soon.

I've found some nice shirts for myself, toys & clothes for the grands, and some work clothes for a person in need. The staff is so kind and are true Christians (read below). So are the shoppers - guess we're all happy to be getting such great deals :-). I dropped my phone while in the store on Saturday just before closing. Got to the car and realized it was lost. Any other store would have said, "Sorry, we're closed." Instead, they opened the door and helped me look, let me borrow a phone to call (my phone was on silent!), and then to try to log in to my icloud for findmylost phone (but too stressed to remember the pw).... I was crying out to God bc I depend on that phone! One of the gentlemen found it where I had already looked (in a toy bin!!). I am so grateful. Truly wonderful people, helping me out after closing time. Thank you for showing me the love of Christ Jesus when I was in distress!!!

I was in there on Wednesday, Dec 13 and submitted my picture order at 5:00 pm. and ticket printed said ready by 6:00. Pictures were not ready when I asked at 6:10. There were 10 orders in front of me. Helper in the department was supposed to call me today, Friday, December 14 to confirm if they were ready today. No one called. I just confirmed by phone at 5:15 this pm and they are ready. My complaint is that now I have to drive to Selmer from Henderson to pick them up. It seems like in the busy Christmas Photo season, one employee should be assigned to the picture department full time. Not good for business.
