Was walking into store to grab a few things, grabbed a buggy, when a store employee blocked the entrance to stock a shelf. I politely said excuse me, when she rudely yelled for me to go around! Also the line is extremely long even with two cashiers. This store desperately needs a self checkout section! From now on i will just go to next town over in golden, MS! The store is a lot cleaner, and not anything that will block the isles. read more

When we arrived, we spent time looking for the item but were unable to locate it. I then went to the office area to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, the interaction from the rather large Mexican was not welcoming. Instead of offering help, I was asked, "What do you need?" and then questioned about who would be paying for the item before I had even confirmed a purchase. I was also told there were other customers waiting, which made me feel rushed and dismissed. I left feeling disappointed, especially after making the effort to travel such a long distance. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and in this case, it fell short. I hope ownership takes this as constructive feedback and considers the importance of providing a more helpful and respectful customer experience. This had the potential to be a long-term customer relationship, but unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that.

On April 1, 2020 around 12 CST I was asked to leave this store by the store manager and had the police department called on me because I asked another customer to maintain the 6 foot guidlines regarding COVID-19. Will not return to this location. 1 star only because 0 is not an option. read more

A comfortable interior with a few tables and chairs, and a large covered outdoor deck. Our server was friendly and fun, who made sure we had everything we needed while there. She brought menus and took our drink orders. After giving the concise menu a read we decided to give the Fried Mushrooms to start. Fried golden brown, large plump shrooms were well made and served piping hot. I wanted a bowl of Gumbo so gave theirs a try. It was pretty good, not exactly my choice it was a little to sweet for my liking, but pretty good. For my entree I went for Guy's Fish and Chips and it was very good, nicely battered crispy golden brown with succulent fish with a side of house fried chips and hush puppies. The fish was done very well, the chips also very good along with the puppies. A great meal at a fair value. Still a very good meal, with friendly service in a great location on the water. Fills up quickly with the short hours. 4.5 Stars rounded up for our great server 01318
