I was the manager of a business that also served food. I took over and revamped the entire menu and used several items from Suitor's. The most popular item was the whole ribeye loin. I sliced the steaks in house and I grilled them over a pit of lava rock. The steaks were always high quality with very little fat issues. Their own brand of breakfast sausage is sold in local grocery stores and is hard to find it in stock a lot of times.
