He didn't greet me or make any attempt to help me unload until I asked and then said the carts were full. There was already a sidewalk full of previous donations so I proceeded to add to the pile. Our donations were neatly boxed, taped, and not too heavy but he sighed with each removal. No offer of a receipt or even a thank you for the donation. Wow...definitely will rethink where our next donation goes...lack of appreciation and poor customer service doesn't set well.

I have gone a couple of times with very specific items in mind (not usually wise when thrifting), and miraculously, those items were there. Honestly, a dark green velveteen jacket, a black velvet cape, and a black lace blouse? They also have wonderful NORMAL stuff and brand name clothing in good shape. On another visit with out of town thrifting friends, they went a little crazy here. They tell me they will have lists for their next visit.

About the only good stores are a small Nike factory store and an Old Navy outlet. Many of the stores are local places such as an antique store which would be great if I lived in the area. I think the mall would do better if it had a full scale restaurant or something of that sort. Seems like there's plenty of land to do that with and with a premium freeway location it's puzzling why mall management hasn't tried to attract one. Who knows? I'd stop there again due to the Nike store not being too crowded but not sure that I would go anywhere else.

We went on a weekday and it was not crowded but still a few customers were in the downtown area. Friendly staff. Quaint shop with sizes for all kids as well as custom items. Bows, shoes, accessories, etc. caring staff that is willing to help you find what you are looking for with no issue. Tons of cute one of a kind items, reasonably priced, discounts galore and wide array of items. They accept credit cards and cash. They even have a play area for smaller kids so parents can shop in relative peace. Highly recommend and we will be back.

I came upon this boutique by chance and stopped in on a whim after the shop was recommended to me by another store owner downtown. Actually, I'd passed by this charming little boutique several times and hadn't noticed that it's a boutique because it's actually located inside a converted old home in a combination residential/business area on a shady, tree-lined side street. Once I walked inside, I found so many cute things that I didn't know what to look at first, but I immediately spied a bunch of cute Paula Deen kitchenware/decor I tucked into one corner and I immediately made a beeline towards it. Elsewhere, my husband I found a big clearance/sale section located in another room and tons of eclectic decor items, including candles, pillows, pottery, glassware, some vintage pieces, plus racks of clothing and accessories and so much more. Every room of this old home was chock full of unique wares (don't think about not hitting the second floor-there's even more in store upstairs). Don't forget to stop in the bathroom, too, because most of the fragrances, lotions, cosmetics, and candles are in there! It smelled so good, it almost felt like a spa. Truthfully, I could have spent a fortune in here, though I managed to curb my inner shopaholic and pare down my purchases to a few items, including some Paula Deen pottery and a carved wood decorative knock knack. While some things were typical Chinese imported goods, I actually found plenty of Made in USA merchandise, including handmade box candles, pottery and accessories, which I was pleased to see. There was an Easter Egg scavenger hunt sale going on here (several downtown retailers participated- it was the week of Easter), so I grabbed a plastic Easter egg out of a bag to find out my store discount, which was 30% off my total purchase, so that was great. I signed up for their email list, too, so now I get notifications on special promotional events and sales. Customer service here was excellent, too. Overall, a great shopping experience.

They showed me something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I was prescribed with NO NOTICE or saying from anyone and they told me to call the doctor about it. Not to mention they said a prior authorization was required from my insurance. Had me jumping through hoops for an authorization form needing to be filled out from the doctor. I had to babysit the entire situation as they did NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL TO THE DOCTORS! Coming back again after having my little one now 2 weeks old. We had an appointment this morning told he was healthy and happy and everything looked amazing with him then get a text about a vitamin D prescription that they said was "prescribed by the doctor". Most bullshit I've ever had with ANY PHARMACY! Never returning. DO NOT GO HERE!

We were extremely disappointed to discover that the only brands the store carries now are Lee and Wrangler. I specifically wanted/needed Vanity Fair products. Thankfully there is a Hanes/Playtex/Bali outlet in the same center, so I was able to find what I needed there.
