I mean seriously, bringing up politics and trying to force a political point of view on a client is just bad form. If you agree with someone's politics or not it's probably not the time or place while they are sitting in your chair and paying you for a haircut not an opinion. I don't care what your politics are as someone who has owned a business it's just a poor sign that you can't put your politics aside long enough to even do your job, and provide a service. My wife felt so uncomfortable, it was just an all out terrible experience for her.

I'm forever trying out new hair stylists. This place was different. For starters, it was super…read morepacked so super loud. I've actually never experienced that before? & I have been to a lot of different places both in California and Utah. Not to mention a few staff weren't wearing their masks and I could over here convo that they weren't for it or taking the pandemic seriously. Everyone has their own opinion for sure, but let's not be selfish. Let's think of how others would feel. I mean masks are pretty much mandatory like everywhere around the world. Anyways, my stylist was amazing. Her name is Ashlee. I came in for a root touch up, those quarantine roots. She took her time, she put a lot of effort into my hair. Because I have natural black hair and I like to be blonde. Previous stylist can't seem to blend and tone my roots good, but she was able to lighten it enough to blend great. I didn't get left with gold roots. & That made me so happy. I also got a trim, something so simple yet I'm loving the results of it. The only thing that threw me off was that I was charged $35 for the haircut. I mean I get it, but this was the first place that has charged me for a trim following retouching my hair. Nevertheless, I would recommend her.

The woman also kept pulling my earrings to the point where my ears began to bleed. In the end, I asked her to stop and she never gave me the option to see the work she did. She walked to the register to have my pay for the absolute horrible cut and experience. Overall, she did not know what she was doing and had very shaky hands the whole time.

The confidence and satisfaction I have with the stylist is why I am a return customer. Just this week I had to cut my long curly hair, shirt, because of an upcoming shoulder surgery. KYLIE(I may have misspelled her name, my apologies) cut my hair PERFECTLY with the length I wanted. "Thank you, Kylie!!" She is soft-spoken yet always kind and gentle in how she handles your hair in her hands.
