They are only nice when they sell you insurance plans but after that you are on your own! Opened commercial insurance and Rodrigo never called back to fix the errors as we had told them to write the name and amounts. Then when we moved and needed to be reimbursed Jose Formoso did not help with giving us back our reimbursement since March 2022. Spoke to Fatima and no resolution and spoke to Karina the supposed supervisor and no resolution. I contacted the commercial agent they get their commercial insurance and was told they had already reimbursed them. I still haven't received it! They will tell you they will call you back nothing. Jose Formoso is very unprofessional and does not complete the tasks he promises he will do. Biggest mistake to have bought the new commercial insurance I needed which happened way before this! This is upsetting because if they can't help you with the most easiest and now how to get help with something more difficult. They will not answer your phone calls and will not call you back! Stay away!
