She always presents all of the available treatment options and takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each one in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel pressured into making a decision and I always feel informed and confident about my treatment choices. Every visit feels personal. She listens carefully, answer questions patiently, and genuinely cares about her patient's well-being. It's clear that her priority is what is best for the patient, not what is most profitable. Christine takes her time to listen to your concerns and what's key here is that they're always on time. I've never had to wait in the waiting room a long time unlike some other dentist offices (looking at you Anaheim hills dental group.. )! Also never felt pressured to do any treatments I didn't feel ready for. They are pretty kid/toddler friendly as well. My daughter's first dental experience was here and it went great; she has no fears about the dentist and loves the little treasure box she can pick from after her check up.

The person was extremely pushy and then I just heard a voicemail telling us the office wanted to charge $75 if my husband didn't show up on Monday. The moment I called earlier this week and spoke to that Sarah person, it left a very bad feeling but now it solidified that it feels as though there is price gauging going on. When my husband finally called this office back, Sarah casually mentioned his deep cleaning procedure would cost $700+ and if we're fine with that? And then proceeded to rush my husband into agreeing to that appointment because "they already booked for two hours." Then after I said we will not be ready to pay $700+, Sarah said "well then you can do half." What in the world? It sounded beyond shady. The whole interaction was absurd and unprofessional. I may be filing a complaint with BBB because it was very unprofessional the way this was handled. Both my husband and I currently have dental insurance. My husband does need deep cleaning but we were going to a previous office that had him do a regular cleaning more often to have him avoid the need for deep cleaning. This person would not even let me get a word in and in the end I had to tell her "excuse me you need to stop being pushy and let me talk. We are going to cancel that appointment." The dentist was good on previous visits. Also, Lorena is excellent as well. This person just left a terrible taste in our mouth (no pun intended). I hope they're able to find someone that helps patients feel comfortable and confident in the care they're going to receive and pay for instead of feeling pressured and treated like a price tag.

He has a nice, clean office and there are always appointment time open that fit into my schedule. Dr. Belda himself is a very nice man. Every exam, he thoroughly checks your teeth and breaks down information for you about any complex procedures. He really spends a lot of time making sure his patients are in good health, which is rare to find in a dentist. The assistant always does a great job cleaning my teeth. However, on occasion some of the staff can be rude. For example, I went to get my teeth cleaned this week and I told the receptionist I had changed my insurance plan when I walked in. I sat in the waiting room while she talked on the phone with her friend about how her baby daddy wouldn't pay child support. 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, she finally made me fill out all this paperwork for my new insurance. All in all, my appointment started about 30 minutes late. Luckily, I didn't schedule anything else that afternoon so it didn't disrupt my day, but it was annoying. Other than that, there's really nothing bad about the office. It's a great place to go for both adults and kids.

However, when it comes to billing for a very loyal family that has been coming to him for years, there is much room for improvement. I had made an appointment for myself and had to cancel due to a work conflict. My wife had tried for two days the week prior to the appointment to cancel my cleaning and have my son take over my appointment. After touching base three days later after leaving messages, they had rescheduled my son to take my appointment and had supposedly canceled mine. However, when my wife showed up the morning of my son's appointment, they had insisted on charging us a "no show fee" of $50 for me not canceling (which my wife reluctantly paid, even though my son was taking my place) and had then notified my wife that we were out of network now with my company's new insurance. With that being stated my wife walked out knowing they were about to charge us out of network and an exorbitant amount of $$, and unfortunately we won't be back and will need to look for a new dentist. Lesson is that if you are loyal, stay loyal. We've been going to Dr. Belda as a family for years and the "no show fee" has been charged twice to us for unusual circumstances. Especially when we just wanted to replace one appointment with another. I hope other's aren't taken for this money grab along the way. i know times are not easy in this economy, however when families are working hard to pay his and his employees bills, we expect the same gratitude and service in the end.

It took about 2 hours from start to finish but this included checking in, a full set of X-rays/CT scan, exam, going through finances and setting up appointments, so it makes sense. Pre-visit: Front staff had me fill out all my info online before the visit, so checking in was a breeze. Exam: Dr. Nguyen was as professional and knowledgeable as they come but also very personable. His explanations were thorough, clear and concise. He constantly made sure I understood everything and that we were on the same page. I noticed he didn't wear a white coat like the other providers around which actually made the exam feel more casual and easy. (Cool tattoos btw!) Staff/finance: the front desk staff and assistants were very friendly and accommodating; making sure I was comfortable and even offered water without me asking. The financial lady (Carolina/Caroline?) was very sweet and patient. She made sure I understood everything regarding my insurance and costs. **Cons: the office is in a large plaza so parking in front can be a bit difficult. It was a little busy and apparently one of the xray rooms was broken so there can be a bit of a wait since even my full set of xrays took some time to complete which is understandable. This is my bad but I appreciate the forgiveness and also understanding from the office. The office itself is very welcoming. When you walk in you are greeted by Marci and her big smile. She always knows the usual patients and definitely tries to get to know the new patients as well with her big friendly personality. Dr. Ohan is upfront on what you need to get done and what doesn't need to be done. He doesn't push services that are not needed. Also I had an issue with my teeth and they brought me in that day after I explained what was going on. I called in the morning and they squeezed me in around lunch time. Dr Ohan took a look at my issue and ended up having to refer me to a specialist. It was a Friday afternoon and as you can imagine-all doctors had gone home or started their weekend. However Marci called five different oral surgeons to try to get me an appointment that afternoon. Dr. Ohan didn't even charge me for seeing me on short notice.
