However, we pay our employees biweekly not bimonthly so they were being paid 26 times, two extra paychecks. For our small company this came to over 30k in overpaying our employees last year alone, not to mention the tax implications of this. And now that we have brought it to their attention they don't have the time for us. It is absolutely unbelievable. We switched to a larger well know payroll company and are very happy. User friendly and the employees are helpful and available for us when we have questions.
