I have always been impressed by the quality and value of the food, as well as the delightful piano music in the mornings. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. I ordered a latte and a pastry, but the pastry contained several long black hairs. When I asked to speak with the manager, she came to my table and, rather than apologizing, simply informed me that I would only be charged for the latte. What disappointed me most was not the hair itself, but the response. A sincere apology and a gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate. Given the circumstances, I believe the entire bill should have been waived. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and indifferent to a legitimate customer concern. This was a very disappointing experience at a café I have previously enjoyed and recommended. I hope management places greater emphasis on customer service and professionalism in the future.

The workers also stare at you and whisper if you seem to cause any inconvenience to them. They also blamed me for making the drink sweet when I got it that way. I only asked to exchange the drink and they had to have a whole team meeting lol. I guess that's the way customer service is here. They made me uncomfortable and made a big deal out of nothing. So if you come here and don't like your drink or food just eat it and pay for it anyways because apparently it's impossible for them to provide adequate service.
