You can tell nothing was frozen or microwaved, everything was made with care. My only complaint is how long it took to make the food. About 30min wait. But hey, that means they're actually cooking the food, right? I would happily eat here again and recommend to anybody. A big plate of fresh hot food for $20? Worth.

Very pretty restaurant, with lots of colors and decorations inside. I was surprised to see their gigantic menu that has so many different kinds of items including burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, arepas, papas, ensaladas, patacons, antojos, bakery, desserts and juices. I order couple of beef empanadas and flan to go. The lady packed up my items right away, super quick service. Beef empanadas were filled with beef and potatoes, with delicious green and spicy mayo sauce on the side. I was blown away by the flan. Such creamy taste yet it was dense. Like other flans it wasn't over baked, so it still had light yellow color instead of dark brown on top. My first visit was great. I am going to stop by again to try the other items in the menu.

To begin with, I'm convinced the owner purchases locations with the thought of "let's make sure all the locations have little/bad or no parking. On top of that the valet seems to be annoyed that they are valeting? That makes no sense. Secondly, their hot drinks are always cold and their cold drinks always lukewarm warm, even out of the refrigerator.. Tonight, I came in for a simple nightcap, thinking, "You can't mess up coffee and a cheese ball." I ordered a hot coffee, 4 pan de bonos, 2 pan de quesos, and 4 empanadas de carne -- total: $31.92. Well... they proved me wrong. The coffee was cold and had no sugar, despite me specifically requesting it. The empanadas were dripping in oil. The pan de bonos and pan de quesos were cold and rock hard -- even after asking for them to be warmed up. I honestly would've been better off getting a fast food coffee and a cookie.

Among all, the service.... Did not seem welcome at all. The meal portion was way smaller than other places - We had guacamole (brought out from the kitchen rather than prepped right on the spot), skirt steak Argentino with chimichuri sauce. The steak was very well grilled medium to our request but wow ..... we've had this at other locations and it was the smallest of all. Paying $32 for that steak was .... Hummmmm .....
