Whenever we call, Cheryl (or someone else extremely pleasant) answers the phone. We have always gotten an answer same day (usually same hour) and I can't recommend a nicer person or better company than Mr. Segreve, and Segreve & Hall! It really is a friendly team that works together to put my mind at ease no matter what the question, or when I call. Thank you, guys!

Shes young, smart and pretty hip so she knows ALL the good places that you and I need to go to. I have asked on many occasions for brochures, prices and ideas and she immediately comes back to me with a wealth of travel information, via email and snail mail. See people...this is why you DONT use expedia or any online services, you will never get the customized, heart to heart help from a call center, in the way the Colleen can provide. I have also started to ask for some travel help for my trip to Germany next summer, and shes right on top of things, even though its so far in advance. If you have any ANY troubles with your travel before or during, she is there to help you...like I said...you wont get this kind of awesomeness from a call center or computer, now will ya!? I highly recommend her services and I am pretty sure you can do business over the phone, in person and via email. LOVE IT.

So I had a dilemma with my prior insurance company that I was with for 6-7 years. Long story…read moreshort, they were not very personable, not very informative and always seemed bothered if I had a question. They had also moved and it was inconvenient for me.With that said I finally shopped around for a new insurance company for my 2 commercial vehicles, general liability, workmans comp, condo insurance. I yelped insurance companies in my area and MTM came up and had great reviews. I called and was connected to Laurie(owner also). Right off the bat she was everything I was looking for in a agent. She was informative, personable, straightforward. There prices were very competitive and seems to carry very good companies for coverage. I hope this is a start to a long relationship with MTM and hopefully I won't have to shop around again. Thanks Laurie!

Most recently, some douchebag in Slummaville smashed my window to steal the loose change from my cup holder. One quick call to my people at NA Insurance got me on the road to a new window. They gave me a number to call, handled my claim immediately, got my window fixed while I was at work, and I didn't hear from them again. And that ladies and gentlemen, is fine by me!

Doesn't go smoother than that.... Overall experience has been excellent - I highly recommend!
