She also charged me an extra fee to use debit card (only cash and debit card accept) without informing me. I read some 1 star reviews on google and learned that she has been doing this for a long time and she use the excuse like" accidentally input the wrong number" and " the problem of machine". At the end she did pay my money back but the whole conversation made me uncomfortable as she was implying it is my fault for speaking up for myself and asking for a refund.
