Unfortunately, my experience was terrible I spoke with the owner approx. 10 days ago. I told her that my hip replacement surgery was April 23. I told her that I was thinking to bring him home today or possibly Friday (two days ago). She was very friendly and told me to call her back when I know. I have left three voicemails this week and the contact me on the website. No response at all. I am surprised and disappointed. Im at home, can't drive and hip is painful Either a neighbor will help me or I'll use Uber. I'll do that tomorrow. Will have to work around a PT appt and my pain. I never thought that she do this and I do not appreciate it. Just plain awful. read more

I love love love Jenna and Dogxi! She is always prompt and keeps you posted along the way. Jenna is very friendly and professional. I had broken my ankle and needed major surgery and wasn't able to walk let alone drive for two months. I had no idea how my little dog would get by without walks, etc. I had just learned about Dogxi and Jenna came to the rescue, always picking up my dog to drop him off at doggy day care.
