I'm not sure where to start...I would not recommend placing a loved one in the Memory Care part of…read moreMagnolia, and heaven forbid they need extra attention with things like ostomy bag replacement (which we were told they could handle, ten months later we are told they cannot), and lord help the ones that start declining with their dementia...long story short our dad was kicked out at his lowest and declining mental health...the employment turn overs are crazy and for the longest time were undermanned...they paint a pretty picture initially with all these things they offer but failed to provide half the stuff they listed...we were doing a good portion of it ourselves ie laundry, bed changing, showers, room cleaning, bag changes...yes we had to put a camera in the room and numerous times had to show admin for proof of what was being done and not being done...most of which fell on deaf ears...my suggestion is to do your research before allowing your loved one with mental challenges to reside at Magnolia...

Julio went above and beyond his call of duty to assist and was willing to do anything to help make things better for him. Julio would even stop in to visit my husband just to say hello when he was hospitalized! Who does that!! The caregivers at Senior Helpers were selected just for my husband and they provided awesome care. They were all dependable, knowledgeable, congenial and pleasant. My husband was not the easiest to get along with, but they were all understanding and completed their daily tasks without hesitation. I had serious back surgery and couldn't bend, lift or twist, so vacuuming and mopping were things I couldn't do. My helpers became friends and company to me since I lived alone. The owners of Senior Helpers were simply great. They were a "God-send" when I was in need. Debbie, one of the owners, continues to offer help even after I moved to Assisted Living. These people are caring and loving people. They worked with my insurance and provided everything needed to allow me to enter assisted living. Their billing process was fast and convenient.
